The problem

Room-service orders taken by phone get lost or misheard, menus go out of date, and nobody can see which dishes actually sell.

How it works

  1. Set up outlets and menus

Each outlet has its own menu, hours, allergens and prices.

  2. Guests order from the room or the table

The order knows where the guest is.

  3. The kitchen sees it live

Orders appear on the kitchen display, and the guest sees the status change as the kitchen works.

  4. Reports by outlet

See sales, top dishes and busy hours for each outlet.

What it moves

  • More room-service and outlet orders
  • Fewer wrong or lost orders
  • Menus you can change in minutes

Questions hotels ask

Do we need new kitchen hardware?

No. The kitchen display runs in a browser on a screen or tablet you already have.

Can it send orders to our POS?

A POS connection is available where supported. Without one, the kitchen display works on its own.

Are allergens shown in every language?

Allergen text is translated with the rest of the menu. When you change the original, guests see your original wording until the new translation is ready.
